Since our opening, we have expanded our services to include all events, not just weddings, and any essentials for events, becoming your one-stop service provider for any special occasion.

Abiah Morrison

Owner & Lead Planner

Abiah has been working for The Bridal Project just after the year it launched in 2018, and had been working with the founder, side by side ever since as an assistant, lead planner, director, and eventually, grown to be the new owner! Once taking over The Bridal Project, she rebranded to Events By Abiah to reflect her love for both weddings and events. Her goal is to always strive to create unforgettable experiences for her clients, & vendors she continues to work with. She can’t imagine spending her time doing anything else.

BUT, If she is not planning an event, she is most likely spending time with loved ones, enjoying the outdoors, or trying a new restaurant or traveling!

Gillian Spiva

Social Media Manager & Designer

As a photographer Gillian has always been invested in the success of weddings and events as well as the brides happiness on their big day!

As a new member of the Events by Abiah team she loves spreading the joy of event planning and showing off the amazing creations the team provides.

Alexia Ryan

Set Up & Tear Down

This is Alexia's first year helping with Events by Abiah and along side this, she is currently in the process of receiving her Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene. Her passion for helping people comes in many forms, but helping create the most special day for Events by Abiah clients is her favorite! In her free time, she likes to hike, hunt, travel, or enjoy a night in with family and friends.

Taylor Henwood

Set Up & Tear Down

Taylor has been a part of The Bridal Project team since the fall of 2020, starting out as an assistant and becoming one of the team's lead planner. Recently she started a new job as a middle school teacher here in the Black Hills, which means she will now only be part of the event staff. In her first year with the company, she planned and coordinated 9 weddings during the wedding season and has loved creating relationships with her clients.

In her free time, she enjoys running half marathons, & being in the outdoors.
